Hi everyone Another layout that I did in the heat the other night! I used impasto gel - just love the different texture it brings when it dries and is sprayed over with colour - a kind of shiny effect. I used a Crafters Workshop stencil for the "information" type logos on the layout, APIECEOFCAKEDESIGN Cherry Flair Button, luggage tags sprayed with Dylusions ink sprays, clock stamps and Coffee Bean ink Brilliance brand (love this ink - thanks for the tip Eb Van Der Starre!)Heidi Swapp mint green color shine, JIllybean Soup alphas!

Here is another layout I completed early hours of this morning! I used Washi, Studio Calico kraft hearts and outlined them with an awesome paint marker which is silver and puts a black outline - the manufacturer escapes me at the moment (again something I have had in my stash which I have never used), old 7 Gypsies arrows, twine, AC cardboard black alphas, Crafters Workshop circle stencil, Ranger Adirondack Metallic Dabber in Pearl, Derivan Black Acrylic paint splatters, Mister Hueys Mint Julep spray, Cherry Flair heart button from APIECEOFCAKEDESIGNS, Studio Calico sticker alphas, Pilot black permaball pen.

I have been creating - last night the temperature did not fall below 28 degrees until 4.30am this morning ! I could not sleep, so I decided to sit and scrap. This first layout I created for the challenge over at sassyscrappers Here is the sketch: Here is my layout: Some close ups! Products I used: The base is Heidi Swapp Vintage Chic Bookkeeping paper, I sprayed it completely with Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Mint Green, I then used a Crafters Workshop stencil and dabbed Ranger Adirondak Metallic Acrylic Dabber in Pearl (I have had this in my stash for about 4 years and though it was high time to try it out!) Washi tape randomly used, then I did some stencilling over the top of the washi - I love the effect! I used some old Prima flowers (yes I used flowers!!) and stapled them onto the layout. I used Dylusions ink spray in Letterbox Red and dribbled randomly on teh layout. I used an old Cosmo Cricket chipboard "extra extra" arrow, and AC black cardboard alphas. Thanks for visiting !

MOLOSSI NEWS!! I opened my Molossi DT package and wondered at all the goodies Josh and Suzanne sent! I decided to alter the letters M, I , A, each one differently to show different techniques you can achieve with some Helmars Crackle Medium in 2 steps, paint, mists and stamps! I will have some more goodies to share next month from Molossi! For the Letter "M" I painted it black with one coat of black acrylic paint, then when dry I applied the first coat of Helmars crackle Step 1, allowed to dry overnight, then applied the second coat of Helmars crackle Step 2. When this was dry, the effect was like black leather which looked amazing! Then I randomly dabbed some Atelier impasto gel onto the letter, allowed that to dry and then started randomly dabbing paint, sprays all over! I was so happy with the result, this would be a great technique (with the black paint) for a boy's bedroom! For the Letter "I" I applied the first coat of Helmars crackle step 1 directly onto the wood, allowed to dry, then applied a coat of Aqua acrylic paint, when that was dry I aplied the Helmars crackle step 2 over the top and left to dry. I then randomly sprayed some mist, and dabbed some dark blue acrylic paint randomly over the letter! For the Letter "A", I decided to go for a completely different technique with these fabulous products from Molossi. I applied a very light coat of white acrylic paint onto the Letter A, when it was half dry I took a baby wipe and wiped away quite a lot of the paint. I allowed that to dry, then used Dylusions Lemon Zest and Mr Hueys mint green mist and lightly misted over the top. While the mist was still wet, I took a Kaisercraft small flourish stamp and used Archival Brilliance ink pad in Coffee Bean and stamped randomly over the letter. I finished with some black acrylic paint on the edges of the letter. I used a luggage tag and sprayed some Dylusions mist and randomly stamped with the same Kaisercraft stamp onto the gift card. I attached the card to the Letter I with some twine! I would love to hear what you think about my first Molossi DT creations!
